Returns
You may return your product to shop within 14 days from the day of receiving shipment. In order to do so you have to notify seller by filling return form, which you can find on www.eppram.com

Exchanges
You may exchange your product with the consent of the Seller. In order to do so you have to notify seller by filling return form, which you can find on www.eppram.com
In case of exchanging product, cost of exchanging product will be counted against new ordered product. Potential difference between price will be paid by Client or returned by Seller on Client’s bank account.
Product should be sent to the address: EPPRAM, Hoża 1/6, 00-528 Warsaw, Poland. We ask you to attach your receipt to the returned products.

Complaint
You have right to file a complaint, which will be considered within 14 days from the date of receiving products by Seller. In order to do so you have to notify seller by filling return form, which you can find on www.eppram.com
Lack of grounds for complaint
Complaints about differences between ordered and received products, which derive from screen settings, especially different colors or shades, are not grounds for complaint. Grounds for complaint are not: mechanical defects, discolorations and others.
