How much time do I have to pay for my order?
You have 5 days to pay for your order. In case of non-payment by this date a seller should be considered that client has withdrawn from the contract. Product will be exposed for sale.
When my order will be shipped?
You can place your order anytime, 7 days a week, every day of the week.
The order completion time goes after recording of payment for order on seller’s bank account in case of payment with credit card or the bank transfer.
Term of order completion for seller is 14 days. However usually product is sent the same day or the day after order was placed.
You may return your product to shop within 14 days from the day of receiving shipment. In order to do so you have to notify seller by filling return form, which you can find on www.eppram.com in the returns/exchanges/complaints tab, after logging in to your profile. Product should be sent to the address: EPPRAM Sp. z o.o. Hoża 1/6, 00-528 Warsaw, Poland. We ask you to attach your receipt to the returned products.
You have right to file a complaint, which will be considered within 14 days from the date of receiving products by Seller. Lack of grounds for complaint
Complaints about differences between ordered and received products, which derive from screen settings, especially different colors or shades, are not grounds for complaint. Grounds for complaint are not: mechanical defects, discolorations and others.
