Privacy policy

The provision of personal data, as well as your consent to its processing, is entirely voluntary. Any personal data provided to us is processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which you have given your consent. However, if you decide not to provide us with the data necessary to process your order and you do not agree to its processing, we will unfortunately not be able to process your order.

We ask you to remember that you have the right to update or completely erase your personal data at any time. You can do it yourself or with our help, which we are happy to provide.

Our company follows a strict personal data security policy. Your personal data is safe with us and we make every effort to ensure that this level is higher and higher year to year. We believe that reading our privacy policy will allow you to feel safe and enjoy shopping at www.eppram.com.

II. Personal data protection system

The PDC has applied technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set out in the applicable legislation on personal data protection. In particular, the following have been taken into account: Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organisational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); guidelines of the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection; Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

The most important elements of the applied data protection system are:

  1. An SSL certificate which guarantees that the communication between your computer and www.eppram.com is encrypted with a 256-bit key.
  2. We only collect and process the necessary personal data for the shortest possible period of time, and you must give your separate consent for any activities not related to the performance of the sales contract.
  3. Access to your personal data is only available to persons who are authorised and trained in the protection of personal data, guaranteeing their safety.
  4. The IT system www.eppram.com and internal company procedures meet all standards of personal data protection.

The PDC has thus fulfilled all legal obligations to protect personal data as provided for by law.

 

III. Personal data, purpose and retention

 

  1. Registration

During the registration process we ask to provide the data necessary to create an account at www.eppram.com, so that you do not have to waste time to fill out the entire order form on each subsequent purchase. By registering you save time and money, as registered customers participate in the loyalty program and receive discounts for previously made purchases.

After logging in, the registered customer also has the possibility to verify the status of the order placed and the history of purchases made. The registered and logged-in customer can correct, complete or erase the data from www.eppram.com at any time.

During the registration process we ask to provide:

  1. first and last name – necessary for us to later issue a sales document and address the shipment;
  2. address (street, house number and/or number of the house and premises, postal code and city) – necessary for us to address the shipment later;
  3. e-mail – necessary for login and communication related to the use of www.eppram.com;
  4. telephone number – necessary in case of choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers)
  5. Business contact details (such as position, department and name of organisation)
  6. User name and password
  7. Contact details of other people you allow us to contact
  8. User-transmitted content (such as comments)
  9. Information on employment
  10. Unique mobile device identifier
  11. Geographical location data
  12. Other information

The data is stored for 5 years from the last login.

  1. Placing an order

When placing an order, we ask to provide us with the data necessary to complete the order, which, in the case of registered and logged-in Customers, are partly collected automatically from the data provided during registration.

When placing an order, please specify:

  1. first and last name or name of the company/institution – necessary to issue the sales document and address the shipment;
  2. address (street, house number and/or number of the house and premises, postal code and city) – necessary for us to address the shipment;
  3. e-mail – necessary for communication related to the order execution;
  4. telephone number – necessary in case of choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers).

If, when placing an order, the Customer selects a delivery to an address other than the one indicated when registering or placing an order, please provide additional information:

  1. first and last name or the name of the company/institution – necessary for us to address the shipment;
  2. address (street, house number and/or number of the house and premises, postal code and city) – necessary for us to address the shipment;
  3. telephone number to the recipient of the shipment – necessary in case of choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers).

 

If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document for other data than those indicated when registering or placing an order, please provide additional information:

  1. first and last name or the name of the company/institution – necessary to issue a sales document;
  2. address (street, house number and/or number of the house and premises, postal code and city) – necessary to issue a sales document;

The data provided when placing an order is processed by www.eppram.com and the following entities to the extent specified below:

first and last name, address, telephone, e-mail indicated as the delivery address are provided to transport companies in the form of a label/bill of lading which is at the same time an order for delivery of a shipment. Depending on the selected type of shipment, the personal data are provided to:

  1. DPD Polska Sp. z o.o. (KRS: 0000028368, NIP: 526-02 -04-110)
  2. DHL Express Poland (KRS: 0000047237, NIP: 527-00 -22-391)

name, address, NIP (Tax ID) number indicated as the data to which the sales document is to be issued shall be transferred as a sales document to the accounting system:

  1. PayU S.A. with its seat in Poznań (KRS: 0000274399, NIP: 779-23 -08-495)
  2. PayPal Polska Sp. z o.o. (KRS: 0000289372, NIP: 525-24 -06-419)
  3. Stripe

If a payment is made using an external payment system, all data provided after accessing the website of the payment operator remain registered only in its database and are in no way accessible or stored by www.eppram.com.

www.eppram.com cooperates with the following payment operators:

  1. PayU S.A. with its seat in Poznań (KRS: 0000274399, NIP: 779-23 -08-495)
  2. PayPal Polska Sp. z o.o. (KRS: 0000289372, NIP: 525-24 -06-419)
  3. Stripe

The data shall be kept for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant provisions governing the duration of retention of accounting documents.

  1. Marketing

In case of subscribing to the newsletter and agreeing to receive it during the registration process or placing an order, we ask only for your e-mail address to which commercial information from www.eppram.com will be sent, from which you can unsubscribe at any time by logging into your account at www.eppram.com or by clicking on the link cancelling the subscription located in the footer of each newsletter.

The e-mail address is transmitted and processed for the sole purpose of sending e-mails to:

  1. Correspondence

In the event that we are provided with personal data which is not necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or a legal obligation, e.g. in correspondence with us, in withdrawal forms, implied warranty or guarantee, these data will be immediately deleted or rendered anonymous and will not be processed.

We therefore ask you not to provide us with any personal information or data that we do not expressly request and that are not relevant to the performance of the contract or legal obligation.

 

  1. Cookies – your personal data is collected automatically when you visit www.eppram.com

 

Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files that are stored in the terminal equipment of www.eppram.com Customer.

Www.eppram.com uses two main types of cookies: “session” (session cookies) and “persistent” (persistent cookies). “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the customer’s terminal equipment until the customer logs out, leaves the website or switches off the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored in the Customer’s terminal equipment for a period of time specified in the parameters of cookies or until the Customer removes them.

The following types of cookies are used within www.eppram.com:

  1. “essential” cookies, enabling the use of services available under www.eppram.com; e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication;

The IT system used by www.eppram.com automatically collects data related to the device you are using when connecting to www.eppram.com in logs. This data is collected for statistical purposes only and relates to type of device, operating system, type of web browser, screen resolution, colour depth, IP, internet service provider, or www.eppram.com entrance address and is used only in the process of optimising www.eppram.com for the greatest possible convenience of use.

These data shall never be combined with the data referred to in Part III and shall only provide statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting systemic errors.

www.eppram.com uses OVH sp. z o.o. servers based in Wrocław (KRS: 0000220286; NIP (VAT EU): 8992520556) and e-commerce software of NetArch Sp. z o.o. based in Krakow (KRS: 0000286559; NIP (VAT EU): 945-208-91-38). These companies do not have direct access to personal data and do not process it in any way.

The data is processed for 24 months after the last activity.

  1. www.eppram.com (cookies)

Www.eppram.com uses “cookies” technology, i.e. text files placed on your device to enable www.eppram.com to recognise you and adapt www.eppram.com to your needs.

www.eppram.com uses cookies to:

  1. remember your login (the session lasts 30 minutes after the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
  2. remember the contents of your shopping cart (the session lasts 30 days after the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
  3. remember your www.eppram.com display preferences (the session lasts 30 days after the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
  4. create statistics and reports on how www.eppram.com works (the session lasts 30 days after the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
  5. personalise the appearance of www.eppram.com by displaying products which the shop algorithm will indicate as interesting for you based on the products you have bought, put in the shopping cart, searched in the shop, as well as their authors, manufacturers, category – in short, similar products, but never connected directly with your personal data (the session lasts 30 days after the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

Google AdWords uses the technology of “cookies”, i.e. text files placed on your device, in order to allow www.eppram.com to assess the correctness and effectiveness of the advertising activity using the AdWords network.

Google collects the data generated by the placement of cookies on its servers and uses this information for the purpose of compiling reports and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.

Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.

These data shall never be combined with the data referred to in Part III and shall only provide statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting systemic errors.

  1. Cookies from partner servers

www.eppram.com uses the scripts and software elements provided and located on the servers of its business partners. Such cookies may contain data necessary for the partner to provide the service provided to www.eppram.com or contain data other than those listed in the privacy policy.

www.eppram.com selects its business partners very carefully but is not responsible for their cookie policy. We therefore recommend that you verify each of our partners on your own and decide for yourself whether you want to accept their cookies.

www.eppram.com uses scripts from the following partners:

  2. Facebook Inc. with its registered office in Menlo Park (CA, USA)

www.eppram.com very carefully selects its business partners and equally carefully verifies the inclusion of links to other websites in www.eppram.com. www.eppram.com is, however, not responsible for the privacy standard and policy applied by the owners, operators or administrators of these sites.   1. Transmission of your personal data

 

In specific situations where the applicable law requires the Controller of Personal Data to transfer the collected data to state authorities, www.eppram.com will make such data available.

Except for these situations, your personal data, to the extent permitted by law on the basis of separate entrustment agreements, shall be transferred to specific entities solely and exclusively in connection with the need to fulfil a contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Controller. The categories of entities to which data may be transferred include advertising agencies, banks, accounting offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers.

In the event of such transfer, the Controller shall enter into appropriate entrustment agreements with these entities to ensure the highest standard of protection and maintain the confidentiality and security of the personal data, and to use the personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual or legal obligation of the Controller.

 

VII. Amendments to the privacy policy of www.eppram.com

 

www.eppram.com reserves the right to change its privacy policy if required by applicable law, the technological conditions of operation of www.eppram.com will change or the change will introduce a standard higher than the minimum required by law.

Such a change will be notified by www.eppram.com via e-mail (to the e-mail address provided during registration).

VIII. Your rights

 

According to the regulations in force with regard to your personal data you are entitled to:

  1. refuse or restrict the processing of personal data;
  2. object to the processing of personal data;
  3. access to personal data;
  4. correct or erase personal data;
  5. transfer of personal data;
  6. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  7. lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

 

These rights are non-transferable and may not be restricted. We will always be happy to help and inform you, and you can exercise some of these rights yourself.
